I have heard rumors -- unsourced, totally scandalous Hollywood rumors -- that Bryan Singer has cast more than one guy, including Shawn, after lengthy parties at Singer's house involving hot tubs. Nowhere in these stories have I heard he tried to pick any of these guys up or sleep with them. Just that they got cast for walk-ons and bit parts -- think of the rumors as to how small the Iceman part was rumored to be before filming, think of Colossus -- based on how they looked in speedos.

We in fandom are not the only ones who are shallow.
