Magneto looked out across the forest floor, smiling as he saw the multitude of mutants watching him, listening to his message. They chorused their approval of his words, nodding and shouting their assent. This was his army, his people. He would not fail them. His gaze traced over the crowd, faltering as he spotted a familiar figure near the forest’s edge, watching him intently.

He finished his speech, nodding to Mystique, and walked off the raised area, keeping an eye on the girl. The others left him alone, their attention now directed to Mystique. “Hello, Rogue,” he said, coming to stand next to her.

He heard her suck in her breath. “When should I expect the others, my dear?” he hissed, grabbing her wrist and wrenching her back into the woods, away from the crowd.

She stumbled and his grip tightened, dragging her through the forest. “Why would they come?” she asked, her voice trembling slightly.

He stopped once they reached the base camp, releasing her as he pushed her onto a tree stump. “Why are you here?” he inquired, holding up a hand to keep Pyro from coming forward.

She bit her bottom lip as she looked at him, fear in her eyes. “I knew this was a bad idea,” she muttered, rising. “I’ll go.”

“Why are you here, Rogue?” Magneto demanded, delighting in her cry of pain as he controlled the metal in her coat’s zipper, forcing her back down.

“I…” she began, wincing as he tightened them. “They expected me to take the cure.”

He stopped manipulating the metal, raising an eyebrow in curiosity. “Who?”

“All of them,” Rogue spat, looking away from him, anger tightening her features. “Poor little Rogue, unable to touch anyone, she’ll be the first in line for sure.”

“I doubt they said that,” Magneto stated, forcing the coat to tighten around her as she glared at him.

“They thought it,” she growled, crossing her arms across her chest and scowling at the ground.

He was about to ask her how she could be so sure when realization dawned on him. “You used your gift,” he said, smiling admiringly at her.

She looked up at him, rolling her eyes. “The you in my head liked that, too,” she said, tapping the side of her head before looking away.

“Did I?” he asked, watching her look back at him.

“Charles-“ she shook her head and continued, “The Professor didn’t.”

“I would expect not,” Magneto replied, enjoying the sight of her cheeks becoming flushed, her hands clenching in her lap.

“Everyone gets to use their power,” she continued as though she hadn’t heard him. “Except me. Not even during training.” She looked up at him, holding a gloved hand up for him to see. “I have to wear these and if I touch them, they’re supposed to freeze.” She wrenched the gloves from her hands and then threw them at him.

He watched her flex her fingers before she trailed them along the tree stump, a blissful smile on her face. The smile faltered as she looked at her bare hands. “Leech,” she said, touching the metal links on her wrists. “That’s what the others thought when I touched them.”

She moved towards him and he watched as she reached for her gloves. He picked them up, keeping them out of her reach. “No,” Magneto stated firmly. “You do not need these.”

“You wouldn’t say that if I was touching you,” she replied bitterly, crossing her arms across her chest.

Magneto removed one glove, the fear and desire on her face stirring something primal in him. Slowly, he stretched his hand towards her, fingers lightly moving hair from her face. He watched as her eyes closed, lips trembling as his fingers brushed across her cheek. The pull of her power started, and he felt his body on fire as he moved his touch to her lips, smiling as she groaned.

He removed his hand, his breathing heavy as a low moan escaped her. Her eyes widened in horror, hand coming up to her mouth as she took a step back from him. Magneto used his power to pull her forward, taking advantage of the metal on her, suppressing his desire. He leaned towards her, relishing in her tiny gasp, as his breath tickled her ear.

“Welcome to the Brotherhood,” he told her, sliding a hand down her side, his breath catching as she whimpered.

“I shouldn’t be here,” she whispered, and he pulled back so he could see her face.

She swayed slightly on her feet, hands gripping the material of his uniform. His hand stilled its movement, resting on her hip. “Is that so?” he asked, listening to the loud cheers in response to Mystique’s words.

“This is wrong,” she continued, leaning her forehead against his chest, her breathing ragged.

“You will discover, as with many things, my dear, that wrong is a matter of perception,” Magneto stated, running a hand through her hair, eyes narrowing as he touched a strand of white. He took hold of it and harshly tugged, mouth tightening as she gasped.

“What are you going to do with me?” she asked, looking up at him with large, anxious eyes.

Images of things he would like to do to her flashed in his mind and it took all of his control not to take her right there. “Do with you?” he asked, pleased that none of his inner struggle was apparent in his voice.

The look she was giving him was making it very hard not to push her against the nearest tree and fuck her hard, deadly skin be damned. “You are a mutant, Rogue,” Magneto continued, tightening his hold on her. He had a feeling she would have bruises on her hips. “You may stay and fight for me, or you may leave.”

“Stay,” she replied, breathlessly, her tongue sneaking out of her mouth and licking her bottom lip.

Magneto snapped, his fingers digging into the material of her pants. He pulled her body against his and then turned them, crashing her back into the nearest tree. She yelped, her grip tightening. He looked past her, watching Callisto begin her speech, the mutants cheering at her words. His gaze traveled to Pyro, who had been one of Charles’ children. Not anymore, he thought and looked back down at Rogue. And now I claim another.

He slowly pulled brushed his fingers over the hem of her shirt, relishing in the sound of her breathing becoming more erratic. “Do you want me to stop?” he asked.

“No,” she pleaded, whimpering as his gloved hand brushed her skin.

He grasped her hips, pulling her up and against him. Her legs instinctively wrapped around his waist, hands moving to grip his shoulders. He slowly began pushing his hips against hers, his erection sliding against her at just the right angle. She was beginning to make small keening noises, grip tightening, as she pushed her hips against him.

Releasing his grip on one hip, he moved his hand up her body, letting it slide over her breasts. The roar of the crowd was becoming louder and he leaned towards her, his breath tickling her ear. “Come for me, little girl,” he demanded, smiling darkly as she tossed her head back, crying out as she came.

He bucked into her one more time, letting himself go. Pretty girl, he thought as he looked at her flushed face, her eyes opening to look at him. Her legs unwrapped from around him, her face clouded with confusion He pressed her against the tree again, his lips capturing hers in a bruising kiss. He felt the pull begin, focusing on one thought before releasing her.

Mine.

“Welcome to this brave new world!” Callisto shouted, the crowds cheers deafening.

“Indeed,” Magneto said, locking his gaze with Rogue’s.

“Welcome to the Brotherhood,” he repeated to her before walking back towards the others, smiling when he heard her following him.
